Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Ompekimig (PF-07264660) is an investigational trispecific antibody being developed by Pfizer for the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis. It is engineered to simultaneously bind and neutralize three key cytokines—interleukin-4 (IL-4), interleukin-13 (IL-13), and interleukin-33 (IL-33)—which are central drivers of Type 2 inflammation. By targeting these three distinct pathways, ompekimig aims to provide enhanced efficacy compared to existing therapies that target only one or two of these interleukins. The drug is currently undergoing Phase 2 clinical evaluation, where it has shown promising results in meeting primary efficacy endpoints in early trial stages.
