ompenaclid + FOLFIRI

Ompenaclid + FOLFIRI is an investigational combination regimen consisting of **ompenaclid**, a first-in-class oral inhibitor of the creatine transport channel SLC6A8, combined with the established chemotherapy regimen FOLFIRI, which includes folinic acid (leucovorin), fluorouracil (5-FU), and irinotecan.
