OMT-111 is a small molecule drug developed as a cancer cell metabolism modulator with potential antineoplastic activity. Its primary mechanism of action is the inhibition of pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase (PDH), which disrupts cancer cell metabolism and may suppress tumor growth.
