Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ONC-001 is an early-stage oncology drug candidate being developed by RapaFusyn Pharmaceuticals. It is discovered using the company's proprietary RapaGlues™ platform, which focuses on the development of rapamycin-based macrocyclic molecular glues. These molecules are designed to modulate protein-protein interactions, acting either as molecular glue degraders or non-degrading molecular glues to address targets that are traditionally difficult to drug. ONC-001 is currently in the hit identification to hit-to-lead stage of preclinical development for unspecified cancer indications.
