Overview

**onCARlytics** is an investigational CF33-based oncolytic vaccinia virus engineered to encode a non-signaling truncated human CD19 antigen. After preferentially infecting solid-tumor cells, the virus drives cell-surface CD19 expression before virus-mediated lysis, thereby making otherwise CD19-negative solid tumors susceptible to CD19-directed therapies such as blinatumomab and CD19 CAR-T cells. The program originated from CF33 technology developed at City of Hope and is being advanced by Imugene. In the Phase 1 OASIS study, onCARlytics is administered intravenously or intratumorally with blinatumomab in adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors.
