**Oncolytic adenovirus armed with transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β) blocker and interferon-gamma (IFN-γ)** is an engineered viral therapy designed to selectively replicate in and lyse tumor cells while counteracting the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME).
