Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Oncoquest-L vaccine** is an investigational, personalized autologous therapeutic cancer vaccine developed by XEME Biopharma for previously untreated stage III or IV, asymptomatic, non-bulky follicular lymphoma. It is produced from a patient’s own lymphoma-cell lysate and recombinant human interleukin-2 in XEME’s Aggregon synthetic multilamellar formulation. The lysate is intended to provide patient-specific tumor antigens, while IL-2 promotes immune activation and expansion of antitumor lymphocytes. The registered phase II study administers the product by subcutaneous injection. ([clinicaltrials.gov](https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT02194751))
