ONCOS-102 + balstilimab

**ONCOS-102 + balstilimab** is a combination immunotherapy regimen under clinical investigation for advanced malignancies, particularly melanoma. ONCOS-102 is a genetically modified oncolytic adenovirus that selectively infects and lyses tumor cells while expressing granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) to stimulate anti-tumor immune responses. Balstilimab is a human monoclonal antibody that targets the programmed death-1 (PD-1) receptor, blocking its interaction with ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2, thereby preventing tumor-induced T-cell inactivation. The combination is designed to remodel the tumor microenvironment, promote T cell infiltration, and overcome resistance to immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy.
