Overview

ONCOS-102 + cyclophosphamide is a combination therapy consisting of ONCOS-102, a genetically modified oncolytic adenovirus encoding granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), and low-dose oral cyclophosphamide. ONCOS-102 selectively infects and lyses tumor cells, releasing tumor antigens and stimulating both local and systemic anti-tumor immune responses. The GM-CSF transgene further enhances dendritic cell recruitment and T-cell activation against the tumor. Cyclophosphamide is used at low doses to modulate the immune environment by depleting regulatory T cells (Tregs), thereby enhancing the immunogenic effects of ONCOS-102. This combination has been studied in patients with advanced solid tumors refractory to standard treatments[4][5]. Clinical trials have demonstrated that this regimen can induce robust innate and adaptive immune responses with manageable safety profiles[4][5].
