Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Oncovix (also referred to as OncoVix) is an experimental cancer immunotherapy developed by OGRD Alliance, utilizing the PLPC-DB (Phospholipoproteomic Complex) platform. It is a non-cellular, biologic therapy based on lyophilized dendritic exosomes designed for precision oncological treatment. The mechanism of action involves the modulation of the tumor microenvironment and the reprogramming of immune suppression to restore systemic immunological stability. This approach represents a departure from conventional immunotherapy paradigms by asserting that effective immune restoration can be achieved without cellular transplantation or genetic manipulation. The program is primarily targeted at metastatic cancer and solid tumors, and research findings have been presented at major conferences such as SITC 2025.
