Overview

**Onilcamotide** is a synthetic 20-amino-acid peptide therapeutic cancer vaccine derived from the C-terminal region of Ras homolog family member C. Developed originally by RhoVac as RV001 and RV001V, it is intended to generate RhoC-specific, predominantly CD4-positive T-cell immune responses against RhoC-expressing tumor cells. It was evaluated in prostate cancer, including biochemical recurrence after curative-intent local therapy, in the randomized Phase II BRaVac study. Although vaccination induced durable RhoC-specific T-cell responses, the Phase II trial did not demonstrate clinical benefit on biochemical progression versus placebo. The asset was subsequently out-licensed by CHOSA Oncology to Magle Group. ([mdpi.com](https://www.mdpi.com/2076-393X/13/4/390/notes))
