Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Onko-1 is an investigational biological cancer vaccine being developed as a growth factor receptor–modulating therapy for solid tumors, with early clinical evaluation in gastric cancer. It is described as a biologic product targeting growth factor receptor pathways, aiming to modulate receptor signaling to inhibit tumor growth and potentially enhance antitumor immune responses in neoplastic diseases.[9][13] Development reached early clinical testing but the program has been discontinued globally, and detailed molecular target, construct design, and sponsor information have not been publicly disclosed.[9][13]
