ONM-067

ONM-067 is an early-stage, discovery-phase therapeutic candidate being developed by OncoNano Medicine in collaboration with Gilead Sciences. It utilizes OncoNano's proprietary ON-BOARD ultra pH-sensitive polymeric micelle platform to encapsulate an undisclosed antibody payload. The ON-BOARD technology is designed to exploit the acidic pH of the tumor microenvironment as a universal biomarker for solid tumors. By encapsulating the antibody within polymeric micelles, ONM-067 remains stable and inactive in systemic circulation, preventing off-target exposure and toxicity. Upon entering the acidic tumor microenvironment, the micelles disassemble, selectively releasing the active antibody payload directly at the tumor site to enhance its therapeutic index.
