Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ONM-423 is an investigational polymer-drug conjugate (PDC) being developed by OncoNano Medicine for the treatment of solid tumors. Utilizing OncoNano's proprietary ON-BOARD™ ultra-pH sensitive micelle technology, ONM-423 is designed to encapsulate and shield a therapeutic payload (to be announced) during systemic circulation. Upon entering the acidic microenvironment characteristic of solid tumors, the polymeric micelle undergoes a rapid, pH-dependent transition to selectively release its payload directly at the tumor site. This mechanism aims to enhance the therapeutic index of the payload by maximizing anti-tumor efficacy while minimizing off-target systemic toxicities.
