OPDC3

OPDC3 is an investigational **peptide-drug conjugate** developed by Oncopeptides for hematologic cancers. It is a next-generation compound built on the company's proprietary peptide drug conjugate platform and is designed to exploit **high intracellular peptidase activity** in malignant cells to selectively deliver a **cytotoxic alkylating payload** into tumor cells. Preclinical and ex vivo data described for OPDC3 indicate activity in **acute myeloid leukemia**, **myelodysplastic syndrome**, and **diffuse large B-cell lymphoma**, including activity in **venetoclax-resistant AML** and against both leukemic blast cells and malignant CD14 positive cells at low nanomolar concentrations.
