This regimen involves the administration of a combination of opioid analgesics, including a fentanyl bolus (2 mcg/kg), a remifentanil continuous infusion (0.2 mL/kg/h), and morphine (0.1 mg/kg). It is designed to provide intraoperative analgesia and suppress the surgical stress response in morbidly obese patients undergoing bariatric sleeve gastrectomy.
