The product contains **amidopyrine** (also called **aminopyrine**), a pyrazolone analgesic and antipyretic; **butalbital**, a barbiturate with sedative central nervous system depressant activity; and **caffeine**, a methylxanthine stimulant included to counterbalance sedation and support analgesic efficacy.
