OQR400

OQR400 (also known as OQR-400) is a preclinical-stage therapeutic cancer vaccine being developed by OncoQR ML. The drug is built upon the proprietary S-TIR (Specific-Toll-like-Interleukin-Receptor) technology platform, which utilizes a modular design consisting of a generic 'warhead' module and a disease-specific 'immunogen' module linked by high-affinity connectors. This platform is designed to deliver immunogens directly to dendritic cells and B-cells to generate a potent immune response, a strategy the company refers to as Active Checkpoint Control Immunotherapy (ACCI). While OQR400 is directed against what OncoQR describes as a '4th blockbuster-clinically validated target,' the specific identity of the biological target and the primary cancer indication have not been publicly disclosed.
