Drug intelligence / Profile preview
OQY-6129 (formerly DS-6129) is a first-in-class antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting CD46, a protein often overexpressed in various hematologic and solid malignancies. Developed by Vivasor (Oqory, Inc.) and originally part of the Daiichi Sankyo pipeline, the drug consists of a monoclonal antibody against CD46 conjugated to a cytotoxic payload, typically a camptothecin derivative using the C-lock or DXD technology. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma and amyloidosis. Additionally, it has been associated with breakthrough therapy designation in Class 1c triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and is being studied in patients with all-drug-refractory solid tumors.
