OR-101

OR-101 is a highly selective next-generation small molecule inhibitor targeting Janus kinase 3 (JAK3) and interleukin-2-inducible T-cell kinase (ITK). It is being developed by Ornovi for the treatment of immune-mediated inflammatory diseases. The drug aims to offer an improved safety profile compared to currently available JAK inhibitors, with preclinical data showing efficacy in animal models of inflammatory skin disease.
