Drug intelligence / Profile preview
OR-AT0222 is a topical oral gel developed by Devintec Sagl for the management of recurrent aphthous ulcers (canker sores), aphthous stomatitis, and minor oral lesions. The product functions by forming a persistent protective film over the affected area, creating a physical barrier that protects the lesion from external irritants such as food, drink, and bacteria. This barrier effect is intended to facilitate wound healing, provide symptomatic pain relief, and reduce the risk of further irritation. It is currently undergoing clinical investigation to evaluate its efficacy and safety in patients with oral ulcers.
