Oraltek

**Oraltek** is an INMUNOTEK-branded, prescription allergen-specific sublingual immunotherapy product line composed of glycerinated native allergen extracts administered as an under-the-tongue spray. Individual Oraltek preparations can contain clinically selected aeroallergen extracts, including house dust mites, pollens, animal epithelia, and fungi. Repeated sublingual exposure is intended to induce allergen-specific immune tolerance and reduce IgE-mediated respiratory allergic disease symptoms and rescue-medication requirements. The product is supplied as a pineapple-flavoured spray, commonly at 30,000 therapeutic units per mL, with maintenance dosing initiated on the first treatment day.
