Overview

**ORB-TR** is an investigational, surgically implanted regenerative bone-graft product developed by Theradaptive for long-bone repair. It consists of Theradaptive's AMP2, an engineered material-binding variant of recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein 2, coated onto the synthetic, resorbable ReBOSSIS bone-void-filler scaffold. Local retention of AMP2 on the scaffold is intended to confine osteoinductive BMP2 activity to the implant site, supporting targeted bone regeneration while reducing off-target bone formation.
