Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This preclinical-stage program is a collaboration between Ordaōs and NonExomics, focused on the development of miniPRO mini-proteins for the treatment of difficult-to-target rare cancers. The program targets three novel proteins identified by NonExomics from non-conventional protein-coding regions (non-exomic regions). Ordaōs utilizes its proprietary AI-driven Design Engine to generate and rank miniPRO candidates—proteins ranging from 40 to 160 amino acids—that are optimized for stability, manufacturability, and tumor microenvironment penetration.
