Overview

Orelabrutinib + R-CDOP is a combination therapy regimen used primarily for treating diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and other aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas. This regimen combines orelabrutinib, a highly selective Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor, with a modified R-CHOP-like chemotherapy regimen where vincristine is replaced with vindesine (R-CDOP). The R-CDOP portion typically consists of: - Rituximab (R): 375 mg/m² intravenously on day 1 - Cyclophosphamide (C): 400-750 mg/m² on day 2 - Doxorubicin (D): usually pegylated liposomal doxorubicin at 25-50 mg/m² on day 2 - Vindesine (O): 2.5 mg/m² on day 2 (replacing vincristine in the traditional R-CHOP) - Prednisone (P): 40 mg/m² orally daily on days 2-6 Orelabrutinib is typically administered at a dose of 150 mg once daily throughout the treatment cycle.
