Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Orelabrutinib** is an orally administered, highly selective, irreversible small molecule inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK), developed by InnoCare Pharma. It is approved in China and Singapore for the treatment of relapsed/refractory mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL), and marginal zone B-cell lymphoma. Ongoing clinical trials are investigating its use in other B-cell malignancies and autoimmune diseases such as multiple sclerosis, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, systemic lupus erythematosus, and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder[1][3][4][5][7]. **Rifampin** is a broad-spectrum antibiotic of the rifamycin class that inhibits bacterial DNA-dependent RNA polymerase by binding to its beta subunit, thereby blocking RNA synthesis. It is primarily used to treat tuberculosis and other mycobacterial infections[6][8].
