Overview
OreniPro is an investigational **once-daily oral prodrug of treprostinil** being developed by United Therapeutics for **idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis**. After administration, it is intended to convert in vivo to treprostinil, a **prostacyclin mimetic** that signals through prostacyclin pathway receptors to promote vasodilatory and antifibrotic biology associated with treprostinil exposure.
