Drug intelligence / Profile preview
OriBs-001 is a bispecific CAR-T cell therapy currently under development for the treatment of B-cell malignancies, specifically targeting CD19 and CD22. By simultaneously targeting two distinct antigens commonly expressed on B-cell leukemia and lymphoma cells, OriBs-001 is designed to overcome the challenge of antigen escape, a frequent cause of relapse in patients treated with single-target CD19 CAR-T therapies. The therapy utilizes a proprietary CAR structure and manufacturing process intended to enhance the persistence and expansion of the engineered T cells within the patient's body. It is being evaluated for its potential to provide more durable clinical responses in patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL).
