OriC-901 is a chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy targeting cadherin-17 (CDH17), under development by OriCell Therapeutics for the treatment of colorectal cancer. The drug is designed to recognize and bind to CDH17, a protein overexpressed in certain tumor cells, enabling targeted immune-mediated destruction of these cancer cells. As of the latest available information, OriC-901 is in preclinical development.
