OriC604 (also referred to as Ori-C604 or ORIC604) is a preclinical-stage chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy targeting B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA). It was initially developed by OriCell Therapeutics. The drug is designed as a BCMA inhibitor for the potential treatment of diseases such as multiple myeloma and other BCMA-expressing hematologic malignancies. As of now, its highest global R&D status is preclinical[1][2].
