Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ORK9 is a preclinical-stage bi-specific cytokine developed by Orikine Bio using its proprietary Foldikine™ platform. Designed for oncology applications, ORK9 functions by reprogramming tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) within the tumor microenvironment. By modulating these cells, the drug aims to shift the immune landscape from an immunosuppressive state to one that actively supports anti-tumor activity. As a Foldikine, ORK9 is a precision-engineered protein that combines multiple cytokine signaling activities into a single molecule to achieve therapeutic effects not possible with naturally occurring cytokines.
