Overview
ORKA-004 is an investigational, subcutaneously administered, half-life extended monoclonal antibody designed to target tumor necrosis factor-like ligand 1A (TL1A). Developed by Oruka Therapeutics and engineered by Paragon Therapeutics, ORKA-004 is being evaluated as a potential combination partner for Oruka's other pipeline candidates, ORKA-001 (an IL-23p19 inhibitor) and ORKA-002 (an IL-17A/F inhibitor), for the treatment of chronic inflammatory skin diseases such as plaque psoriasis and hidradenitis suppurativa. ORKA-004 is anticipated to enter Phase 1 clinical development in late 2026, with Phase 2 combination studies planned to begin in 2027.
