**ORKA-021** is an investigational sequential biologic regimen developed by Oruka Therapeutics for psoriatic disease. It administers the half-life-extended anti-IL-17A/F monoclonal antibody ORKA-002 first to induce rapid and deep disease responses, followed by the half-life-extended anti-IL-23p19 monoclonal antibody ORKA-001 for durable maintenance.
