ORM-1153

ORM-1153 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Orum Therapeutics. It consists of a proprietary, undisclosed antibody coupled to a GSPT1 protein degrader payload known as SMol006. The drug is designed for targeted protein degradation therapy, specifically delivering the GSPT1 degrader into tumor cells to induce selective degradation of the GSPT1 protein. ORM-1153 is being explored as a potential treatment for myeloid- and lymphoid-derived tumors, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML). As of early 2025, it remains in preclinical or discovery stages with no disclosed clinical trial phase.
