Overview

OSE-2101 (Tedopi) is a therapeutic cancer vaccine composed of ten optimized neoepitopes derived from five tumor-associated antigens (TAAs): CEA, HER2/neu, p53, MAGE 2/3. It is designed to stimulate cytotoxic T lymphocyte responses against cancer cells expressing these antigens. The vaccine works by presenting these epitopes to the immune system, thereby activating killer T-cells that can recognize and destroy tumor cells. Developed primarily for use in HLA-A2-positive patients with advanced cancers such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), OSE-2101 has demonstrated improved survival outcomes in certain patient subgroups with secondary resistance to immunotherapy and has shown positive results as maintenance therapy in combination with chemotherapy for PDAC[3][5][6][7][8].
