Overview

**OSE-703** is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the interleukin-7 receptor α subunit (IL-7Rα, also known as CD127). It exerts a cytotoxic effect through antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC), antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP), and complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) against IL-7Rα-expressing cells, which are implicated in tumor immune evasion and T-cell dysregulation in solid tumors. Developed by **OSE Immunotherapeutics** in collaboration with **Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center** (MSKCC), it is primarily being explored for immuno-oncology applications, with a focus on non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and other solid tumors. The program remains in preclinical development as of the latest available data, with plans for clinical entry previously anticipated around 2018 but not yet initiated.[1][3][5][6][9][13][17]
