Overview

OSF-1 is an investigational small molecule sclerostin inhibitor being developed by OssiFi as an advanced bone graft substitute. Unlike traditional orthobiologics, OSF-1 is designed to promote localized bone formation and spinal fusion by inhibiting the Wnt-antagonizing activity of sclerostin, thereby decoupling bone formation from resorption. Delivered locally on a carrier matrix, OSF-1 is being evaluated for the treatment of degenerative disc disease, low back pain, and for facilitating spinal fusion.
