Drug intelligence / Profile preview
OssiGraft Prime is a premium cryopreserved viable bone matrix (VBM) allograft designed for the repair, replacement, and reconstruction of musculoskeletal defects in the spine, pelvis, and extremities. Developed by Ossium Health, it represents a second-generation orthobiologic that improves upon the original OssiGraft by incorporating processing advancements that result in a cohesive, gum-like consistency for better handling. The product is derived from vertebral bone sources of organ donors (median age 35) and contains a high proportion of cancellous bone to facilitate rapid bone regeneration. It is used in orthopedic and spine surgeries to fill bone voids and promote healing.
