Overview

OST-AXLA is a listeria-based (Lm) immunotherapy asset initially developed by Advaxis. It was subsequently licensed and later fully acquired by OS Therapies. The drug is being developed for the treatment of HPV-related cancers, leveraging a modified *Listeria monocytogenes* bacterium to elicit an immune response against cancer cells associated with Human Papillomavirus.
