Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Osteo-Spin is a centrifugation-based biologic device developed by Royal Biologics for the preparation of autologous bone grafts. The system is designed to concentrate regenerative cellular components and growth factors from autologous sources, such as bone marrow aspirate (BMA), at the point of care. It is primarily indicated for use in bone grafting, spinal fusion, and the filling of bone voids, where it enhances the biological environment to promote successful osteointegration and fusion during orthopedic and spine surgeries. By utilizing a proprietary centrifugation process, the system aims to provide a high concentration of regenerative cells to facilitate improved osteoinductive and osteoconductive properties.
