Overview
**Osteogrow-C** is a personalized, locally implanted osteoinductive biologic-device combination developed by Genera Research for bone fracture nonunion. It contains recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein 6 in an autologous blood coagulum carrier, supplemented with tricalcium phosphate ceramics as a compression-resistant matrix. Locally delivered rhBMP6 activates bone morphogenetic protein receptor signaling to induce osteogenic differentiation and new bone formation, while the ceramic matrix provides mechanical support and osteoconductivity.
