**OT-601-C** is an ophthalmic fixed-dose combination of the fluoroquinolone antibacterial moxifloxacin and the corticosteroid dexamethasone sodium phosphate, developed by Ocumension with Hangzhou Minsheng Pharmaceutical. It is formulated as eye drops for postoperative ocular inflammation, including inflammation following cataract surgery, in settings where bacterial infection is present or poses a risk. Moxifloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, while dexamethasone activates the glucocorticoid receptor to suppress inflammatory signaling.
