Drug intelligence / Profile preview
OT-A201 is a first-in-class humanized bispecific antibody designed for immuno-oncology applications, specifically targeting two immune checkpoints. Developed using Biomunex’s proprietary BiXAb technology, it aims to enhance local tumor cell killing and counteract tumor immune evasion through multiple mechanisms of action. The antibody possesses a functional Fc domain that contributes to antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) against tumor cells. Preclinical studies have demonstrated its specificity, safety, high stability, low aggregation, and significant anti-tumoral activity at various doses with the potential for a wider therapeutic window compared to parental antibodies. OT-A201 is being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials as monotherapy or in combination regimens for patients with relapsed/refractory hematological malignancies and advanced/metastatic solid tumors[2][4][6][7].
