Otlertuzumab is a humanized anti-CD37 monoclonal antibody designed for the treatment of B-cell malignancies. It binds to CD37, a tetraspanin protein highly expressed on B lymphocytes, and induces cell death through direct cytotoxicity and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC).
