Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Otomar is an over-the-counter (OTC) medical device developed and marketed by Gabri Labs. It is a sea water-based saline nasal spray designed for ENT and nasal care. The product contains purified seawater with sodium chloride as the active component and is formulated in both isotonic and hypertonic concentrations. The isotonic version is intended for daily nasal hygiene, cleansing, and moisturizing the nasal passages to wash away allergens and impurities. The hypertonic version, which has a higher salt concentration, is used to relieve nasal congestion and clear mucus associated with colds and flu. Otomar is drug-free, preservative-free, and chemical-free, featuring an adjustable nozzle that allows for both mist and jet spray administration. It is suitable for both adults and children (ages 0+).
