Overview

OTX1-1 is an investigational small molecule sclerostin inhibitor being developed by OssiFi. It is designed as a localized antisclerostin therapy delivered via an orthopedic implant coating. By inhibiting sclerostin, a negative regulator of bone formation, OTX1-1 aims to promote localized bone formation and enhance osseointegration and integration strength around orthopedic implants, addressing low bone density and improving orthopedic instrumentation outcomes.
