Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Oulanti Weikang Tablet (欧兰替胃康片) is a proprietary Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) therapeutic developed by Jiangxi Qingfeng Pharmaceutical for the treatment of functional dyspepsia (FD). It is specifically indicated for the postprandial distress syndrome (PDS) subtype, which is characterized by symptoms such as postprandial fullness and early satiety, corresponding to the 'qi stagnation' pattern in TCM theory. As a Class 1.1 new Chinese medicine, it has undergone rigorous clinical testing in China, progressing from Phase II (CTR20191090) to Phase III (CTR20212643) clinical trials. The formulation is designed to regulate gastrointestinal motility and improve visceral sensitivity through a multi-component herbal approach.
