These peptides are used to study antigen-specific T cell responses: - **SIINFEKL (257-264)** is a MHC class I-restricted (Kb) epitope recognized by CD8+ T cells, commonly used to model cytotoxic T cell responses[1][3][8]. - **ISQAVHAAHAEINEAGR (323-339)** is a MHC class II-restricted epitope recognized by CD4+ T cells, and is used to study T helper cell responses and allergic mechanisms[5].
