Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**OvcaVax** is an investigational therapeutic ovarian cancer vaccine developed by OncBioMune. It comprises cancer antigen 125, interleukin-2, and granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor, and is intended to induce an immune response against CA-125-expressing ovarian tumor cells while cytokine components stimulate antitumor immune activity. In 2017, OncBioMune announced plans to initiate a small adjuvant-setting clinical study in ovarian cancer following surgery.
