Drug intelligence / Profile preview
OVM-100 is a therapeutic cancer vaccine developed by Oxford Vacmedix using their proprietary recombinant overlapping peptide (ROP) platform, targeting HPV antigens for the treatment of cervical cancer and head and neck cancer. It stimulates broad and strong T-cell immunity by presenting overlapping peptide fragments of HPV proteins to enhance cellular immune responses against cancer cells. The vaccine is intended for use as monotherapy or in combination with immune-oncology agents, with preclinical development ongoing and plans for Phase 1 trials.[2][3][7][8]
